Applied Behavior Analysis

ABA can be used for all types of people, in many different settings, but it is shown to be an evidence based practice for those with autism spectrum disorder, among others. ABA could potentially work on behaviors for individuals without a specific diagnosis at all!

Some ways that ABA can be used is by learning to build new habits, eating healthier, and helping individuals to become more independent... plus much more!

ABA has been found to be helpful in many different areas such as education, developmental disabilities, clinical psychology, behavioral medicine, organizational behavior management, and much more ( Slocum, 2014).
